Carrier tracking
OnTrac is a regional carrier serving US routes. Trace accepts the OnTrac carrier code (ontrac) and returns a normalized tracking timeline when a source provides usable data.
Use the Trace package tracking API to track OnTrac shipments without integrating directly with OnTrac's own systems. Send a tracking number, and Trace detects the carrier automatically where possible or accepts the code explicitly.

Automatic detection covers selected number formats. For ambiguous or unlisted formats, send the carrier code explicitly (ontrac); a listed code does not guarantee live events. Send a tracking number to the Trace API and receive a normalized event timeline.
